Speed Skating Canada recently granted level 4 upgrades to two Ontario officials, Rocky Lamontagne and Rick Hunt, putting both on International lists for officials.
Rocky is a short track starter and Rick is a long track referee. Both gentlemen should be very pleased as this is a rare accomplishment.
